Can Gat in San Carlos<\/h2>\n

In 1974 Can Gat<\/a> opened its doors, a restaurant with a markedly Ibizan character<\/strong>, as it maintains the original recipes that were cooked in the fishermen’s huts.<\/p>\n

The bullit de peix with arr\u00f2s a banda<\/strong> is one of the star dishes of this emblematic place in Cala de San Vicente; we highly recommend you try it.<\/p>\n

You can accompany this iconic Ibiza dish with an Ikigall<\/a>, a Luis Ca\u00f1as Crianza<\/a> or a Guillaume Aurele Rose<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Can Jaume in Cala Vedella<\/h2>\n

This restaurant has it all: sea, sand, pine trees and above all the best rice dishes on the island<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Cala Vedella is already a recommended visit to enjoy a very peaceful and pleasant day at the beach, but you could also put the icing on the cake by eating at the restaurant Can Jaume.<\/p>\n

Accompany its magnificent menu, a reflection of Ibizan gastronomy<\/strong>, with a glass of Pazo Mari\u00f1\u00e1n<\/a>, Quinta or Emilio Moro<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Ses boques in Es Cubells<\/h2>\n

If the two previous restaurants stood out for something specific in the gastronomy of Ibiza, in this one you can enjoy all the flavors of the sea<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

At Ses Boques<\/a> you can try fresh fish, paellas, calderetas (stews)… And all with relaxing views of the island of Formentera from its wooden terrace.<\/p>\n

If you drop by this intimate cove in Es Cubells and visit them, you will find some ideal wines to accompany the experience<\/strong>, such as Dahlia Ros\u00e9<\/a>, La Montesa<\/a> or Gramona Brut Imperial<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Maria Luisa in Cala Vedella<\/h2>\n

Another magnificent restaurant in Cala Vedella is Maria Luisa, with its spectacular terrace right on the beach<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

This restaurant has a long history in Ibizan restaurants, having opened in 1987, and still maintains its traditional menu of fish and rice dishes in Ibiza<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

You can accompany your experience with a glass of Polvorete Godello<\/a>, Carramimbre Roble<\/a> or Xumeu Vinya Brut Rose<\/a>.<\/p>\n
